Aida is a firm believer that one can learn a lot from other people. She believes that being around people from different industries provides valuable insights about the current and ever changing industrial landscape and, more important, one learns valuable lessons from the people living and breathing the ebb and flow of industrial changes. It is for this reason that Aida is involved in the business community as a member of the Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan, Women in Defense and National Defense Industry Association Michigan Chapter, AUSA, German American Chamber of Commerce, and German American Business Council of Michigan.

Helping members of our community is a priority because we believe strongly in the power of giving back.  

At DISMONDY, P.C. our way of giving back has centered around pro - bono representation from immigration, to divorce, to expungement, to driver restoration cases. Aida is trained to represent the indigenous population in criminal law cases. 

We are also involved in the legal community.

Aida serves as the Chair Elect for the International Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and as Rule of Law Vice Chair with the International Trade Steering Committee of the Section of the International Law of the American Bar Association. 

Besides law, life includes other activities.

When Aida moved to United States she was surprised to hear about the Work Life balance. For her, work is part of life as are other activities. Aida is an avid reader. Her interests are vast. She loves, however, to take walks in nature, and take photographs of nature. Recently, Aida has picked up training to rock climb indoors, an activity that she enjoys a lot.
